A Preacher, Teacher, Singer, Prayer Warrior, Evangelist, and Author are a few of the titles that describe this woman of God, Dr. Lydena Franklin. This path has been deemed for her since her childhood and she has walked in every God-given assignment extended to her. As an author, she wrote a soul-stirring book "I'm Not Hyped, I'm Sold Out". She has traveled nationally and internationally. She has spent over 30 years devoted to her passion for sharing and spreading the Word of God with the anointing, clarity, and conviction that has captivated hearts across the world. When Destiny met Purpose, Dr. Lydena Franklin established Rehoboth Life Church and accepted the assignment of Senior Pastor.

The late District Elder Tubbie Gordon Sr. and Evangelist Iris Gordon, the parents of Dr. Franklin made certain that she understood the fundamental truths of a life fully presented to God in a manner that transformed her life to God's glory. Therefore, at the tender age of nine years old, Dr. Franklin obeyed Acts 2:38 which emphatically states, *Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." At the age of eleven years old, while praying and believing God, she experienced Acts 2:4. She was baptized with the Holy Spirit by the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Holy Spirit gave utterance.

Dr. Franklin has always been passionate and sincere on her spiritual journey with the Lord and has experienced growth and development to continue staying connected to the Lord with motivation, undying commitment, unwavering faith, and momentum. Dr. Franklin is greatly supported by a multitude of family and friends to continue the God-given assignment of soul-winning.

Dr. Lydena Franklin obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology. She also received a Master's Degree in Health Science from Governors State University. She was bestowed a Doctoral Degree in Divinity from the Bible Artillery Training Seminar. Dr. Franklin is naturally and spiritually prepared to walk in her new assignment with grace.

Dr. Franklin humbly accepts her assignment in God's Kingdom as the Founder and Pastor of Rehoboth Life Church. Dr. Lydena Franklin is committed and dedicated to serving both her local church and community and this is why she firmly believes the Lord has made room and we shall be fruitful in the land.
